Refund & Returns Policy

At DOA Shooting Bench, every bench is made with top quality materials. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse.

Order Accuracy

It is your responsibility to double-check your order before checkout. If you realize you’ve made an error, contact us within 24 hours. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Manufacturing Defects or Fit Issues

If your Bench arrives and doesn’t work or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We will request photos or schedule a video call to evaluate the issue.

If it’s a fault on our end, we’ll make it right — fast.

Shipping Insurance

If you added shipping insurance at checkout, you’re covered. Lost or damaged benches will be replaced by us at no extra cost.
If you chose not to add insurance, you will need to file a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly.

Lifetime Warranty

The DOA Shooting Bench does not come with any lifetime warranty. If your bench breaks under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
